Charged with the murder of Cole is Andrew ‘Rocka’ Smith, a 36-year-old farmer of Rosewell district in Sandy Bay, Clarendon.
Smith was charged on March 8, 2023 at the Old Harbour Police Station after he was question by detectives in the presence of his attorney.
Three days prior to being charged, Smith was picked up in Clarendon by detectives assigned to the Clarendon Police Division.
