Family increases bounty for missing Chantel Blake-McCalla
A reward of $400,000 have been set aside, a 62 percent increase on the original bounty of $250,000, for any individual who can assist investigators in locating the 27-year-old mother of four.
She was last seen on a Thursday afternoon in the company of her husband who told detectives that he dropped her at the Old Harbour exit of Highway 2000.
She was meeting up with friends investigators said based on information they’d gathered from husband Shane McCalla.
Sibling Tamoy Blake informed Old Harbour News that they haven’t received any new information from the police on the disappearance of Chantel, who is the twin sister of Chavelle Blake.
Chantel and her husband are of a Liguanea Mews, Kingston 6 address, but originally from the Old Harbour area. The couple work as business partners in a construction firm based in the town centre of St Catherine South West.
Mrs Blake-McCalla is of dark complexion, stout build and about five feet, eight inches tall. She was wearing a multi-coloured blouse and dark blue jeans at the time she was last seen.
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Mrs Blake-McCalla is asked to contact the Matilda’s Corner Police at 876-978-6003, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
