FLOW working to restore service in St Catherine South West

Old Harbour News received a flurry of complaints from affected customers about the abrupt interruption which occurred about 9:45 am today. 

However, a customer service representative advised Old Harbour News that they are aware if the situation and have assigned a team of technicians to resolve the issue within the shortest possible time.

A number of businesses in the area informed that they too have been affected, but by mid-afternoon two proprietors had indicated that normal service had returned.

“We're still working on restoring service in those areas. We usually try to fix outages within 24 hours. We appreciate your patience as we work on this for you,” the representative said.

Old Harbour News was later informed that the disruption is due to a power outage in the area.
