Dr Francis Kpormego, a renowned general practitioner here in Old Harbour, has joined the paternity leave discourse, arguing that its long-term benefit to society is most paramount.
The medical doctor, who hails from Ghana, says the debate should move away from if men should be entitled to paternity leave to the best suitable methodology to grant fathers time-off from work to be with their partner and newborn.
