Still no ID of man murdered on Burke Road

The homicide occurred about 4:50 pm on May 3 in the vicinity of a barber shop.

According to the police, the now deceased man was standing in the company of two other men gunshot explosions were heard. All three men ran onto an adjoining premises before making their way to the old Ascot Race Track where one of them fell to the ground.

The police were called in to assist the wounded man to the Spanish Town Hospital where he was pronounced dead by doctors on arrival.
