VIDEO: Warmington fires warning message at Dr Waul
Speaking, yesterday, to Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) supporters at his constituency office in Old Harbour, Warmington made his intentions clear that he will not be facilitating the new People’s National Party (PNP) councillor.
Dr Waul, a medical doctor by profession, defeated Lloyd ‘Brass’ Grant to deny the JLP a clean sweep of all four divisional seats in Monday’s local government election.
Warmington, a political firebrand who is historically known to speak out of turn and without tact, declared that all programmes scheduled for the southern division will continue to go through his defeated lieutenant, Grant.
In several amateur videos making the rounds on social media, Warmington, the member of parliament of the constituency since 2002, also chided those labourites who switched allegiance and voted for Waul on election day.
When contacted Dr Waul said he will not respond to Warmington’s comments but noted that Grant had phoned directly and personally congratulated him on his victory.
