Healthy eating key to fighting coronavirus | Old Harbour’s natural medicine practitioner reveals simple secret to defeat COVID-19
Healthy eating should be one of the main topics being promoted to fight COVID-19. The system (the body) needs to create its own defense mechanism to fight against all ailments. Eating healthy boosts the metabolism and if the metabolism working properly that will boost the immune system to get strong to fight against the ailment.
Hygiene is a very great part of it, we don’t doubt that. But that is only external. Mucus cause the cells to malfunction so that is one of the reasons why the COVID-19 virus is attacking the elderly because their organs have been around for while now working all along and majority of their cells are damage or a malfunction or in deficiency.
The COVID-19 virus starts from the throat with a dry cough, then a fever, then it start build up inflammation in the throat. The person start having a sputum (cough and spit). Majority of the time they don’t get to spit out all of the sputum so they swallow and it drain from the windpipe to the trachea and straight to the lungs.
Eat a lot of alkaline food, drink warm water are some of the main things the government should be explaining and emphasizing why people should be eating like this at this time. The body is engage in a never-ending battle every day we wake up not to get sick not just for the COVID-19 virus but for other viruses out there.
We are facing a time that we are not used to. Most people come down with flu and not giving it the right attention so it turn into pneumonia.
It’s time now for the soup diet. Solid meal mess up the PH system, which is the PH scale. So what happen is once the PH scale mess up, the body isn’t alkaline so you producing a lot of acid. Acid also build a lot of chemicals and mucus as well. So a soup-based diet is what you need more than ever, whether you want make your fish tea or vegetable soup. Use natural seasonings: turmeric, onion, garlic, pimento, thyme, ginger and cayenne pepper. The liquid meal goes straight to your blood stream and there’s not a lot of solids, so there’s no way you gonna get constipated.
One of the main things I’ve researched and find out about the COVID-19 virus, the body accumulate or form mucus as fast as an HIV/AIDS patient. That is what kill a lot of HIV/AIDS patient; it’s not the virus its pneumonia because of the amount of mucus build up in the body. The body accumulating mucus every five minutes in an HIV/AIDS patient. So if your body accumulating mucus every five minutes and you catch the flu, you know what happens afterwards. The COVID-19 virus accumulates mucus fast too, like every 15 minutes. So with the level of mucus being produce, when you drink the warm soup, the warm water, it break-up the mucus so the lungs can get to function. Think about it, if the bronchial tube and the trachea and the nasal passage block up with mucus then there is no way the person a go live. Mucus a go drown the person.
People with the virus, we urge them not to lie flat on their backs to sleep. Sit up and stay alive. Seek medical attention as well, sometimes the body need a quick fix. There are some great medical doctors out there who can prescribe some antibiotics to help them out. To save a life sometimes we have to go to that extent. Porridge can work but use only coconut milk.
