Two charged with murder of Old Harbour Bay fish vendor
Two men have been formally charged with murder after confessing to plotting and executing the heinous crime.
Both are scheduled to appear before the court on March 18.
Coleman, a resident of Rasta Corner, an enclave in the Clarendon community of Freetown was shot dead by a lone gunman on February 15.

Following a period of intense and extensive investigation, three suspects were identified as conspirators behind the plot to kill Coleman.
Of the trio, two were nabbed by the police and would later confess to the killing of Coleman following a question and answer session with detectives.
Charged with accessory after the fact, murder and conspiracy to murder is 31-year-old Al-Antonio Bryan, otherwise called barber of Windsor Road, Spanish Town, St Catherine. Also charged jointly with Bryan is Cory Walters, a mechanic of Johnson Pen, Spanish Town, St Catherine and who it is believed to be the trigger man in the daring homicide. Walters has been slapped with the charges of murder, illegal possession of firearm and ammunition, and conspiracy to murder.
With the matter now placed before the court, detectives cannot divulge much as to not cause any prejudicial effect on the outcome of this trial. But it is understood that Coleman became a target due to a gang feud in the Freetown area. The hostility in the area between warring factions also resulted in the December 2021 killing of Coleman’s 37-year-old brother Winston Dawkins, who was gunned down at his home in Rasta Corner.
Coleman has been described as a kind-hearted, hardworking woman, who operates other small ventures outside of her core business as a higglar.
Investigators are still hunting for the third suspect.
