It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Gladis Clarke Peterkin who passed away peacefully on Sunday July 5, 2026 at her residence at 6 Walkers Road, Old Harbour, St. Catherine.
We lovingly remember Gladis Clarke Peterkin, a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, relative, and friend.
She was a woman of faith, strength, and love, known for her kindness and generosity. Her memory and legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
She leaves to cherish her memory her ten children: Geneva Peterkin, Christopher Peterkin, Samuel Peterkin, Jeremiah Peterkin, Stanley Peterkin, Maureen, Tensie, Claudette, Donovan, and Carol; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
The Thanksgiving Service to celebrate the life of Gladis Clarke Peterkin will be Sunday August 2, 22026 at The Worship House Restoration Ministries, 19 Patrick Street, Old Harbour, St. Catherine, starting at 12:00p.m.
We thank God for her life and the love she shared.
