‘Stinger’ from Old Harbour wanted for murder

In its latest Wanted Wednesday publication shared on social media, Marshall has been named among several individuals being sought by the police for serious crimes they’ve allegedly committed.

He is said to frequent the communities of Bannister and Old Harbour Bay.

According to information reaching Old Harbour News, Marshall has been fingered in numerous crimes committed within the Old Harbour space including larceny, robbery and extortion. However, the lack of witnesses and crucial pieces of evidence, have stymied the progress of these investigations.

His latest transgression with the law, it is being said, has to do with the July 12, 2024 murder of 50-year-old dad-of-three and father-in-law O’neil Bailey. Bailey was gunned down at his gate in Pointy Heights, Bannister and was subsequently laid to rest on September 21.

It is further understood that prior to his death, Bailey and Marshall have been at odds for a number of years which at times escalated to physical altercations.

Since Bailey’s killing, Marshall has been maintaining a low profile, using the cover of darkness to mask his movements; a source informed Old Harbour News.
