Najuane aced the Ability Task test with a mark of 98% to earn an impressive placement score in the abbreviated version of the yearly school leaving national standardized exam at the primary level.

The Davis Primary top boy will now begin his secondary education at the famous Glenmuir High.

"It was expected of him because from a tender age he showed the potential of a brilliant student," said Mr Dunkley. "So I was very excited now that he passed for Glenmuir."

He described Najuane, who enjoys playing football and has ambitions of becoming a cardiologist one day, as a very hardworking boy who is fully committed to doing his work.

Dunkley who is a police officer, added: "If he continues in this way and attitude the sky's the limit. Anything is possible."

Being the only child for his parents Najuane is guarantee all the love and attention and resources to excel in whatever endeavor of his choosing to maximize is potential.

Though he had developed a high sense of self-discipline, Najaune said remote learning - hastened by the coronavirus pandemic - was made easier by his teacher Nicholas Dillon.

"Mr Dillon; his teaching was fun to me so I'm always focus," Najuane said of the experienced educator while also recognizing the positive impacts of "Ms Bartley, Ms Moore and Ms Hill."

Najuane plays in the striker role for his school and hopes to one day represent Glenmuir High in the daCosta where he intends to score lots of goals.

Truly the sky's the limit for this talented Old Harbour Glades resident as he's scoring big already in attitude and aptitude.

However credit to his parents and school.

"Davis Primary has taught me how to be honest and how to believe in myself and how not to be mean to others," he said.
