VIDEO: Club surprises national cyclist at St Catherine High Graduation

On the heels of being crowned National Junior Cycling Champion, Jaequan Dixon, was surprised by his Elevation Cycling Club mates who showed up at his graduation at St Catherine High School on June 27, 2023.

The 17-year-old Bodles resident was among over 200 graduates of the Class of 2023, with school principal Marlon Campbell among those who spoke highly of the cycling prodigy.

Over the last two years Dixon has risen to national claim as one of Jamaica’s top cyclists, winning the national juvenile title last year before adding the junior crown two weeks ago.

The Old Harbour Glades resident continues to perform creditably representing the nation at the regional level and is regarded as one with a bright future in the sport.

Following his graduation, Dixon is set to continue his studies at St Catherine High via the Sixth Form programme.
