VIDEO: Crooks steal car in Old Harbour Bay

The incident was captured on CCTV of the thieves gaining entry and then driving away the 2012 silver Toyota Fielder belonging to popular businessman Justin 'Repooh' Hooper.

Sometime between late Saturday night and early Sunday morning the criminals were observed circling Mr Hooper's car parked outside the premises of his home in Blackwood Gardens, Old Harbour Bay.

One of the hoodlums shifted the angle of one of the CCTV cameras after realizing the surveillance apparatus before returning to access entry of the vehicle.

They eventually succeeded and drove away the vehicle.

At daybreak Hooper would discover that his car has been stolen.

The matter was then reported to the Old Harbour police who have commenced an investigation.

The police are appealing to the public to invest in extra security measures to safe guard their personal property.

Anyone with information about this stolen motor car should immediately contact investigators at the Old Harbour Police Station.
