‘Pancho’, son of ‘Bobby Lexus’, murdered

However his killers were later held during a police chase on the Salt River road, Free Town in Clarendon approximately four miles from the town of Old Harbour.
Dead is 25-year-old Romaine Robinson otherwise called ‘Pancho’ of Burke Road in the town.
According to the police at about 1:50 pm, ‘Pancho’ was sitting on the outside of a pub when he was approached by two men who pulled their guns and open fire at him. He was hit several times and died on their spot.
With the police station less than a metre away from the scene, the police responded immediately and gave chase at the suspects who fled in a white Nissan Tiida that sped off north along Darlington Drive.
While the police were hot on their heels the men opted to challenge the lawmen with gunfire during which two were shot and injured.
All three which included the getaway driver are now the custody of the police.
Their identities are been withheld pending further investigation.
‘Pancho’, has been on the police’s watch list for some time now. He had previously served jail time on gun-related charges, the police told Old Harbour News.
Investigation is ongoing.
