Alleged ‘Pancho’ killers remanded

All three persons charged with the murder of Romaine ‘Pancho’ Robinson we remanded in custody when they appeared in the Gun Court on Wednesday.

The men charged are Rudolph Shaw otherwise called ‘Boxer’, Rojay Reid who goes by the alias ‘Biggy’ and Neville Bucknor also known as ‘Mark’.

Robinson, 25, was gunned down on the afternoon of April 22, 2019 while at a bar at Lincoln Plaza, Old Harbour.

However, the alleged killers were subsequently held later on the same day in the Longsville Park community following a high-speed chase and shootout with police officers from the nearby Old Harbour Police Station.

Shaw was shot in the leg during the shootout and was taken to hospital where he received treatment.

In addition to the murder charge, they are also charged with illegal possession of firearm and conspiracy to murder.

They are scheduled to return the Gun Court on June 13.
