Among those charged is a female Rochelle Wright of an Old Harbour Bay address. Also charged is Javeen Simpson, Andre Daley otherwise called ‘Paw’, Andrew Clement alias ‘Bush’ and Marvin Wright, popularly called ‘Indian’ or ‘Skull’. All are from the Old Harbour Bay area except for Marvin Wright, who is from a March Pen Road, Spanish Town address.

The case is scheduled to be heard on February 12, 2019 in the Gun Court after it was first mentioned in the St Catherine Parish Court last week.

Ares, a Kingston businessman, was reported missing two weeks prior the discovery of his body which was wrapped in a tarpaulin.

Investigators were able to make a breakthrough when a man was found driving a vehicle belonging to Ares, who was still missing at the time.

Further investigations led the police to unravel a plot allegedly involving the five persons charged.

At the time of his death Ares was on suspension pending the outcome of an investigation into alleged fraudulent activities by his employers at the then Ministry of Youth and Culture, an Old Harbour News investigation revealed.
