Missing 13-y-o Clarendon girl returns home
Shaminia Williams, a student at Bustamante High School in Lionel Town left home on June 12 for school but did not return home until four days later.
This was despite her family lodging a missing person report at the May Pen Police Station and making several calls to her cell phone that went unanswered.
But in an Old Harbour News follow up, dad Ricky Williams informed that his daughter returned home Friday and appeared to be in good health.
He stated that she has been very reserved when asked of her whereabouts during the days she went AWOL but is grateful she's alive.
The father also informed Old Harbour News that he intends to get her medically examined by a general health practitioner before making other decisions regarding the teenager's overall wellbeing.
