Pastor gunned down in Old Harbour
Images now circulating on social media, showed Spencer’s lifeless body on the ground at Lincoln Plaza with what appears to be a single bullet wound to the head.
Spencer is well known in the Old Harbour space along with wife Apostle Martha Spencer, who is the founder of the church formerly known as One Reaching One Deliverance International Ministry.
The Old Harbour police are yet to provide a formal report on the brazen killing, however, Old Harbour News understands that the incident occurred about 8:20 pm.
A large crowd quickly converged at the scene of the crime, while vehicular traffic has been diverted from West Street to other alternate routes.
