Highway 2000 accident death toll rises
Four persons died on the spot when a 16-seater capacity grey Toyota minibus overturned near the Spanish Town exit after the tyre blew.

Elven persons were rushed to the Spanish Town Hospital, some in critical condition.
However, by late this evening ASP Fitzalbert Linton confirmed with Old Harbour News that another person has succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash.
The police he said are still trying to ascertain information to positively identify all the deceased.
