Sheena Price, a 33-year-old businesswoman, was offered $100,000 bail, while her co-accused 27-year-old fisherman Kemar Bent, was released on condition after the judge offered a $150,000 bond.

Both individuals are from Old Harbour and have been in detention since January of this year facing charges of possession of a prohibited weapon, unauthorized possession of ammunition and being a part of a criminal organization.

Price and Bent were among five people – three teenagers classified as minors – travelling in a motor vehicle in the wee hours of January 21.

While driving along a section of the Old Harbour Bay main road the vehicle was stopped by a team of police officers who discovered three pistols loaded with magazines during a search of the car.

They were all taken into custody, however since then the three minors, who are between the ages of 15 and 17, were subsequently offered bail after appearing a few times before the court.

Price is being represented by Carole Phillips, while Old Harbour-based attorney Donahue Martin is representing Bent.
