The scheduled maintenance is from April 30, 2019 to May 4, 2019 and therefore mean customers who received water supply from this facility will experience disruption during the period.

In a release this afternoon the utility company stated: “The National Water Commission is advising that operations at the Spring Village Well facility in St. Catherine will be suspended from Tuesday, April 30, 2019 to Saturday, May 4, 2019, in order to facilitate scheduled systems maintenance work at the facility.

“This will result in the disruption of regular water supply to the communities of Bushy Park, Spring Village, Island Farm, Nightingale Grove, Five Acres, Round Wood, High House, Lloyd's Pen, Rock Stone and Gutters.

“The National Water Commission apologises for any inconvenience that may be caused and is urging customers to store water for use during the duration of the disruption.”
